// What we collect
AIducation may collect account details, organization details, role preferences, learning activity, simulation attempts, rubric results, readiness scores, certificates, admin actions, and demo request information. Enterprise customers may also configure company policies, role catalogs, approved tools, scenarios, and training evidence.
// How we use data
We use platform data to deliver role-based AI learning paths, simulations, grading, readiness analytics, certificates, manager reports, admin controls, support, security, and product improvement. We also use aggregate activity to understand which training experiences are working across roles and teams.
// AI processing
Some submissions, scenarios, rubrics, policies, and work samples may be processed by AI systems to generate feedback, grade attempts, create practice content, detect risk, or explain results. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless their organization has approved that workflow.
// Enterprise controls
Organizations may receive team and organization-level readiness reporting, completion evidence, audit records, and employee certification status. Admins control company-specific content, approved tool catalogs, visibility rules, and integrations according to their plan and configuration.
// Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that operate the platform, security and analytics systems, AI infrastructure providers, and enterprise systems connected by an authorized administrator. We may disclose information when required for legal, safety, or security reasons.
// Choices and requests
Users can ask for help with account, access, export, deletion, or correction requests. Enterprise-managed accounts may require coordination with the customer's administrator because the organization controls parts of the training record and compliance evidence.
