// Platform use
AIducation provides AI education, role-based training paths, simulations, grading, readiness analytics, certificates, admin tools, and enterprise reporting. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and for keeping account access secure.
// Training and AI outputs
AI feedback, scores, scenarios, generated content, and recommendations are educational aids. They may be incomplete or wrong. Users and organizations must verify important outputs before using them for customer, employee, legal, financial, medical, code, procurement, or compliance decisions.
// Acceptable use
Do not use AIducation to upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass security, compromise tenant isolation, extract another organization's data, generate harmful instructions, or train users to misuse AI systems. Enterprise admins are responsible for configuring appropriate access, content visibility, and approved tool policies.
// Customer content
Customers keep responsibility for policies, documents, work samples, tickets, calls, prompts, scenarios, rubrics, and other content they provide. By adding content, you confirm you have the rights and approvals needed for AIducation to process it for training, grading, reporting, and support.
// Enterprise features
SSO, SCIM, LMS exports, audit logs, readiness dashboards, custom academies, integrations, and compliance evidence may depend on plan, configuration, and third-party system availability. Organizations should validate that exports and reports meet their internal policy requirements.
// Changes and availability
AIducation may update platform features, rubrics, models, content libraries, pricing, and these terms as the service evolves. We work to keep the platform reliable, but demos, beta features, AI providers, and integrations may change or become unavailable.
